OUTFIT TRAINING (OUTDOOR GROUP FITNESS)

Aim 4 Fitness offers various outdoor group fitness programs, called Outfit Training, to suit your individual needs.

Outfit programs aim to improve cardiovascular fitness, improve muscle tone and reduce body fat. Each program will run for 6 weeks, with 2 sessions per week. Group sizes may range, with a minimum of 6 participants.

Outfit programs are great for a range of reasons, however are particularly good for:

 

Mums Outfit - North Rocks

All the mums with bubs out there wanting to fit back into your ‘pre baby’ jeans and improve your cardio fitness to keep up with the kids, this in-school-hours session program will be your saviour. This program is currently running in North Rocks so if you're a mum in the North Rocks area, come along and meet other mum's and support each other in your goals!

 

Corporate Outfit - North Ryde

Working morning 'til night? Too early to train at 6 am, too late at 6 pm? Why not take 45 minutes of your lunch break to get that body moving and keep you alert and awake to get through the rest of the day. Improve your fitness, reduce body fat, bond with colleagues and most importantly, release some stress!

 

After 5 Outfit (available on request)

After a long day at work revitalise yourself and jump into the After 5 Outfit and burn some calories! We’ll get the heart pumping and muscles working to burn some energy and improve your fitness.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Organise your own group and discuss available times to suit you and one of our trainers. Focus your challenge in a small group with participants working towards similar goals. Various focus sessions depending on your needs and wants such as arm and abs, cardio boxing etc will keep you motivated and make sessions enjoyable.

 

PERSONAL 1 ON 1 TRAINING


Looking for a unique program for your individual needs and desires, that considers your overall well-being? Let our qualified trainers implement a program to suit your lifestyle, health and fitness needs.

One on one personal training focuses on you and your specific goal. We will provide you with the steps required to direct you on how to achieve your goal, and give you the motivation, education and support you need. We will assist you in making small lifestyle changes to achieve a happier, healthier new you.

Personal 1 on 1 Training is essential for building and maintaining the path to your personal fitness destination!

 

 

RECIPE FOR RESULTS

Nutrition

For a balanced, healthy diet, you should have 5-6 small meals per day and remember these tips for healthy eating:

  • BREAKFAST:  Start that metabolism with the most important meal of the day.
  • BALANCE:     A source of protein (e.g. meat, chicken, fish, or lentils) + carbohydrate (e.g. salads, rice) + good fats (e.g. nuts, seeds, avocado or flaxseed oil).
  • FRESH:        Fresh is always best - limit processed products and preservatives.
 

Exercise

For optimum results, your weekly exercise regime should include the following:

  • 1 x personal training session: various exercises specific to your needs and fitness level
  • 2 x high intensity workouts: either an Outfit Program, a 1 hour cardio session &/or weights workout
  • 3 x active recovery days: walk the dog or play a sport with the kids.

 

Rest

  • SLEEP for approximately 7 hours each night.
  • REST the body and mind by taking time out for YOU, and do something you enjoy.
